I try to use the flash 8. its so hard to draw in this software :(.

Whether these two software's are different?

Is this software for the vector arts? or it is like photoshop?

Adobe Flash is the same. It's mostly used for animation instead of vector art, I guess. I like to use it because I can draw with my tablet pen easily and don't have to worry about adjusting the points like in Illustrator. Photoshop is mostly used for digital painting. This is just what I know so I may be wrong at some things. ^^;
